- AI Consultory is a founder-led consultancy. The paid offer is a workspace on a monthly retainer — Lean, OEE, and AI roadmap tools included — so we work with you on real operations, not through another slide deck.
- What does a workspace include?
- Every live tool: Lean Management, OEE Support, and the AI Foundation Roadmap. You do not buy those separately. HR, employee engagement, and chatbots will join the workspace when they are ready.
- How and when do I actually pay?
- There is no self-serve checkout or card payment on this site. We agree the monthly retainer figure and how it is billed on a scoping call, and confirm it with you in writing before your workspace goes live — you always know the number before you start, never after.
- Who is AI Consultory for?
- We work with operations leaders, plant managers, manufacturing and waste processing teams, and leadership groups who want practical AI on the floor — not theoretical roadmaps or another software platform to ignore.
- How is AI Consultory different from a generic AI agency?
