These terms cover use of AI Consultory's website and client workspace. Paid programme contracts sit on top of these terms and take precedence if they conflict.
The website
Content on aiconsultory.com is general information, not legal, employment, or regulated financial advice. We may update pages without notice.
Enquiries
Submitting the contact form is a request for information, not a contract. We reply to genuine enquiries. Do not send confidential HR files through the form or the site assistant.
Workspace (private beta)
Access to /workspace is currently gated. You must verify the email address you control. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share sign-in links. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or unpaid fees.
AI-generated content in a workspace is a draft until you review it. HR and compliance outputs are not legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another organisation's workspace, overload the site, or use the assistant to generate malware, phishing, or unlawful content.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on free website content. Liability for paid programmes is set in the relevant engagement contract.
